Return / Refund Policy

Since Enchanted Hammock sells perishable or living items, we follow transparent practices like other plant shops:

  • No returns or refunds accepted on plants, seeds, or live items.
  • We offer refunds or replacements only if items arrive damaged, diseased, or otherwise unhealthy.

Claim & Replacement Procedure

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the plant and packaging.
  • We'll review your claim and offer a replacement shipment if inventory allows, or issue a partial or full refund if we can’t satisfy a healthy replacement.

Exclusions

  • Not eligible: plants that have outgrown or rejected from weather stress more than 5 days post-delivery.
  • Custom or special‑order items (like rare varieties) are non‑refundable/exchangeable.

Cancellations

  • If you cancel an order before it ships, we’ll issue a full refund.
  • Cancellations after shipping are subject to policy above.
